The week most plans have

Is the 5-Day Restart for you?
It is, if any of this sounds familiar.
- You've started over more than once and don't really know why it never lasts.
- One skipped day usually turns into a skipped week.
- You're tired by evening, and the plan you made assumed you wouldn't be.
- You want a small win before you try anything big.
A note on Sunday nights
It's Sunday night. You tell yourself this week is different. You plan five workouts, clear the calendar, maybe buy the shoes.
Wednesday you're tired, and you skip one. Thursday you think, "Well, the week's ruined." By Monday you feel a bit ashamed, and you stop trying.
Most people read that as a lack of willpower. I read it as a plan built for a perfect week. Nobody planned for the missed day, and the missed day is what ends the habit.
So this challenge is small on purpose, and it practises the missed day on day 3. You'll finish five days with something you can actually keep doing.

Day 3 practises the day most plans ignore
Day 3: practice the restart. Instead of the full ten minutes, you do the short five-minute version on purpose, and use the Rescue Card to choose what to do next.
The goal is to make a shortened or missed day feel manageable, not like a reason to quit.
Five days, ten minutes each
One email a day, with a session that fits in a lunch break.

- Day 1
Shrink it
Forget the big plan. Today you do a ten-minute start so small it feels almost silly: a short walk, a few chair squats, a wall push-up set. The aim is to finish, not to feel wrecked.
- Day 2
Pick your cue
You'll choose one trigger that tells you it's time, like right after you make coffee or the moment you get home. A routine tied to something you already do is far easier to keep.
- Day 3
Practice the restart
Instead of the full ten minutes, you do the short five-minute version on purpose, and use the Rescue Card to choose what to do next. The goal is to make a shortened day feel manageable, not like a reason to quit.
- Day 4
Rebuild
Back to a full ten minutes, a little stronger, with the cue you picked. You'll see that one short day didn't break anything.
- Day 5
Plan next week
You build next week's plan with a missed day already built in. You'll leave with a plan that has room for a missed day.
